Booking info & Policies
Thanks for your interest in getting tattooed by me!
I specialize in lettering and illustration and am open to all kinds of tattoo projects. From line work, full color, or black and grey, large or small.
I also have 20+ pages of flash to choose from!
Consults:
Free 30 minute consults are available to workshop ideas before appointments are scheduled. Please mention consult when filling out the form below. Consults can be done in person or over zoom. During this time, we’ll discuss your idea as well as take photos of the available space to create a mock up of your custom design.
Booking Info:
To start the booking process, fill out the form below to tell me about your tattoo idea. The more info — the better as to where and what. It’s helpful to include reference images to convey the idea of what you’re looking for, whether it’s lettering or an illustration. Please refrain from using AI. (It’s terrible!!!)
Once your project idea has been received, I will determine whether a consult is needed. I will contact you to solidify plans, of consult or scheduling. Please allow a few days for a reply. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received a reply within a week of your inquiry.
Deposit policy:
My rate is $130/hr. Depending on size and placement a $100+ non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule an appointment. A larger deposit will be due for larger, multi-session projects.
Half of the deposit goes directly to me as a drawing fee for custom work. The other half will be used to save your appointment date in my schedule and will be applied to the total of your tattoo at the end of the session.
You do not have an appointment until a deposit has been made and you receive confirmation of date and time from me.
No refunds. Please be absolutely sure that you want a tattoo by me before paying a deposit.
Deposits can be paid with cash in person at Golden Gaia Tattoo, via Zelle (alexamillerdesign@gmail.com), or via Venmo (@alexamillerdesign).
Rescheduling info:
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact asap. No call/No shows will forfeit deposit and be required to place a new deposit to schedule again.
**Emergencies and other sudden circumstances will be considered on case by case basis, but ultimately discretion is mine.
